Feed Me Vegan Episode 2 – Picnic Foods
Chelsea and Ryan are two friends who I volunteer with at the Animal Rights Coalition. Ryan is responsible for getting me to go vegan, so I will forever be grateful that she came into my life. I hope you guys enjoy their cooking show as much as I do!

Tuna salad: Strain and Mash a can of chickpeas. Add 1/4-1/2 c Just Mayo, splash of pickle juice, T of dill relish (not sweet), season to taste with salt and Sea Seasonings or dried nori flakes. Add fresh or dried dill to taste
Popsicles: 1 can coconut water or juice of your choice. 2 cups of fresh chopped fruit of your choice. Loosely pile the fruit in the popsicle molds. Add coconut water or juice until filled. Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy.
