Feed Me Vegan Episode 3 – Brunch!

Chelsea and Ryan are two friends who I volunteer with at the Animal Rights Coalition. Ryan is responsible for getting me to go vegan, so I will forever be grateful that she came into my life. I hope you guys enjoy their cooking show as much as I do!

Recipes:
Cinnamon Roll Pie: http://mjr.earthbalancenatural.com/re… (modifications: Can use coconut oil instead of butter, and agave instead of maple syrup. Added maple extract to glaze.)

Breakfast stacks: 4 “VeganEggs”, 1 bag shredded hash browns, package of Chao or Follow Your Heart cheese, 1 large tomato, 1 avocado. Prepare to package instructions and stack.
