Favorite Plant Based Breakfasts

So you’re thinking of going vegan (AKA plant based), but you may not know where to start. As an introvert, I love “me time”, whether it means I’m just cooking dinner (I love to cook), reading a book, or browsing through Pinterest. I’m a total Pinterest junkie so I like to take a little time out of each day to scroll through Pinterest and find new recipes to try. In fact, I have 60 boards of my own – crazy, right?
