Feed Me Vegan Episode 14 – Fabulous Raw Desserts

Happy Friday! What better way to celebrate the weekend ahead than with some fabulous raw desserts, which just happen to be vegan? 

Join Chelsea and new host Norine as they make delicious raw desserts, and consider bringing them to your Thanksgiving celebration next week!

Apple Cobbler:
– 1/4 cup dried mulberries
– 1/4 cup pecans
– 3 apples (1 for sauce, 2 chopped)
– large handful (1 cup) pitted dates
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp vanilla powder (sub bean or extract)
*pulse blend mulberries and pecans, set aside in bowl. Blend dates, 1 apple, cinnamon and vanilla into a purée. Chop remaining apples into small pieces, and pour sauce on top. Sprinkle pecan crumble on top.

Chocolate Fondue:
– 1 cup pitted dates
– 2tbsp carob powder
– 2tbsp Hemp seeds
– 1/4 cup raw young coconut water
– sprinkle/touch of cinnamon and vanilla
*blend all ingredients until smooth sauce. Add more or less coconut water for desired thickness.

Date Turtles:
-chocolate fondu sauce

Strawberries and Cream:
– 1 pint halved or chopped strawberries
– 1 cup young coconut meat
– 1/4 cup pitted dates
– splash coco water
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
