Wellness Wednesday: Kiwi, Orange & Apple Juice Recipe

This recipe for kiwi, orange, and apple juice is a major immune booster, as all three of these fruits are packed full of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Plus, it's absolutely delicious and perfect for a hot summer day.
Here's what you'll need:
- 4 kiwis, peeled & halved
- 3 navel oranges, peeled & sliced
- 3 apples, cored & sliced
- 1 carrot, washed & unpeeled
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Bosc pear, cored & sliced
- 1 piece ginger
To get the very most out of every fruit and veggie used in my juices, I run everything through the juicer twice. Whatever I don't use, I toss into my backyard compost bin. It's a win-win!
